2020 NAMM Show Hotel Reservations Open Aug. 21

Beginning at 9 a.m. PT on Wednesday, Aug. 21, NAMM members will have access to make reservations at an Anaheim Resort hotel. Hotel availability will be on a first-come, first served basis. Those interested in a NAMM Campus hotel, make a reservation at an available resort hotel and then place themself on the waitlist for the hotel of their choice.

Steps to get on the waitlist for a NAMM Campus hotel

  • Make a reservation at an available Anaheim Resort hotel.
  • Verify that you have received an email confirmation for your hotel reservation.
  • Click on the waitlist link located at the bottom of your email confirmation to place your waitlist request.
  • Once on the waitlist, we will contact you if accommodations at a NAMM Campus hotel are available.

New Hotel Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable two-night room and tax deposit will be charged to the credit card on file by the confirmed hotel for all reservations on Jan. 3, 2020. To avoid the forfeiture of the two-night room and tax deposit, the reservation must be canceled by 11:59 p.m. PT on Jan. 2, 2020. The charged deposit will be applied toward the full stay and subtracted from the hotel charge upon check out. If the reservation is canceled after Jan. 2, 2020, the two-night room and tax deposit are nonrefundable.

Beware of Hotel Poachers
NAMM does not endorse booking hotel reservations through any source other than EventSphere, its official housing partner. Other third-party companies may contact NAMM members in an effort to get them to book through them. Often, NAMM says, they will misrepresent themselves as NAMM's official housing provider. Should anyone book a room through any other company, NAMM will not be able to protect them from a non-refundable deposit or lack of reservation completely.

NAMM that should you be contacted by someone other than EventSphere, please them by emailing
