Details Emerging for October's 3rd Annual IMSTA FESTA Toronto

14 IMSTA FESTAThe third annual IMSTA FESTA Toronto show will head back to Ryerson University on Saturday Oct. 15, 2016.  Presented by the International Music Software Trade Association (IMSTA), the IMSTA FESTA events are held annually in Toronto, Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles and showcase the latest music-making and production technologies as well as educational seminars and keynotes speeches and Q&As.

This free IMSTA FESTA event is open to anyone interested in the art of music making; professional and semi-professional musicians, songwriters, music producers, and audio engineers, as well as music students and educators. The day-long event will feature panels, workshops and master classes, demonstrations and more. Organizers say their aim is to host industry experts in an environment where music-makers can network, interact, and learn with them face-to-face.

The exhibits will run from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and a keynote address and Q&A with Toronto-based, Grammy-winning producer Boi-1da will kick off the educational offerings at noon.
