B&J Music Now the Exclusive Canadian Distributor for On-Stage

The Music People, a division of Jam Industries USA and parent company of On-Stage and TMP-Pro, has announced it has reached an exclusive Canadian distribution deal with B&J Music. The deal goes into effect April 1, 2021.

B&J Music is also a division of Jam Industries. This announcement followed Jam's acquisition of The Music People in November 2020.

With this deal in place, On-Stage will join some of the top brands in the industry under B&J’s portfolio, including Takamine Guitars, Ovation, Gretsch Drums, ROLI, Supro and more.

“As fellow divisions of the Jam family, we are excited to begin an exclusive distribution partnership with B&J,” says Tom Tedesco (pictured above), VP of sales for On-Stage. “Canada is an important market for the On-Stage brand, and with B&J’s 90-plus years in the MI industry, we are positioned well for continued growth in the future.”

“B&J Music, division of Jam Industries, is pleased and proud to become the exclusive distributor for On-Stage in Canada,” says David McAllister, VP of B&J Music. “Since 1979, On-Stage has set the standard for innovation, quality and value in the music instrument and pro-audio accessories market. This award-winning brand perfectly complements the B&J Music ion family of first-call, market-leading product lines. We look forward to working closely with the On-Stage team to bring excellence in sales, service and support to all our valued Canadian music dealers.”
